Bryan is my new computer guy. He is great. I had a 25 year old business computer go down on a Sunday and new my previous computer person was closed and was hoping someone could help immediately. Googles computer repair and found Bryan was open on Sunday. Took my computer to him, along with another older computer. Told him it was for my business. He looked at it and called me to say the old computer was shot, but he could rebuild the other computer and upgrade it. He had it rebuild and ready to go in 2 days. I brought it home and had to update the business software to run on the upgraded computer. Bryan came over and worked with the software techs online to make sure everything went smoothly, except we had to get another port card for the second machine we use. Bryan found one at a good price and came over and installed it. He is a night owl and works on computers all night to make sure you get your computer fast. Can thank him enough for his work and making sure everything is working as it should. He called may times to make sure I was happy with everything. Thanks again for all your great work. As I said earlier he is my new go to computer person.

We had several issues with repairs done by another Computer repair service (OneClick).
Bryan was able to resolve all of the issues and get everything working again. We will definitely utilize his services in the future. Issues that he found from the other company were: • Hard drive was mounted in hard drive holder upside down then hard drive holder was placed in the PC backwards so it was never mounted, not screwed in place, just hanging loose. • Windows was not activated and was not able to activate, possibly due to bad license key.

Bryan is top shelf all the way. I came to him a year ago trying to buy a lap top but had him build a desk top instead that is still running magnificently. Then last August I brought in my old desk top and Bryan got it to work when I thought it had died. He made improvements with the hard ware and he replaced a power supply which was the real culprit. Then a couple of months ago I had Bryan build another custom desk top but one that fit the needs of my mom without the garbage that new ones come with. That machine is working superbly for my mom. I brought in a computer with multiple problems, Bryan got it running better than when it was new. One of many things he did – instead of loading just any virus protection, tried three and determined which was most compatible with my computer.I have brought my computer to other shops over the years; any other shop with which I am familiar would have charged me at least twice as much as did Falls PC.

My problem with my laptop baffled me so I took it to Milwaukee PC here in Menomonee Falls and I was told my laptop is known to go to hell in 2 years (Id already had mine for 1 1/2 yrs) and that it was junk. They did not recommend fixing it. They answered my questions unprofessionally, even cocky-like. I did not like the whole confrontation so I took my computer and left. I did research and found Falls PC. Thank God. He fixed it in 2 days. It seemed to be an easy task for him and everything works great! Thank you Bryan, Great job!

I highly recommend Bryan for computer repair. He knew immediately what was wrong with my computer and fixed it. He gave me some valuable advice about virus protection. My computer was running slowly and I had contacted Warner Cable about the problem. They said nothing was wrong on their end. Bryan went out of his way to come to my house, called Warner Cable and insisted they send someone out. They did, and it turned out that it was a problem with Warner Cable. I never would have gotten anywhere without Bryan.

Everything is working fine, except I can’t get rid of my cookies, i know you told me to leave them, but they drive nuts, interrupts me all the time. My overall service was great I will certainly go back Bryan –
Falls PC: I think it’s something else. Cookies are hidden and you don’t see them. They are code that is read by web pages. If you want, you can call me and I can most likely help you over the phone so you don’t have to bring it in and pay again.
If you really want to remove your cookies you can use a program called CCleaner. You can set it to remove cookies when the computer starts. You can also tell it what cookies not to remove. You can get it here: http://www.ccleaner.com/download and if you need help setting it up just give me a call.

I was very happy with the repair service Bryan did on my computer. It was basically shut down with viruses. He backed up everything so I wouldn’t lose anything I had and reinstalled windows. My computer now works great. He kept me well informed of the progress and I am very happy with the outcome. Several other places wanted over $250 to do the same job.

When I had some Hard Drive issues with my Desk Top Computer, Brain was able to quickly and affordably fix it – plus some additional work for the same price. I also brought him a new Lap Top Computer I had got – and he helped me configure it the way I wanted. Very helpful, honest guy.
